Preparation:

1. Mix salt, sugar and oil mix to get a mixture with the consistency of thick yogurt.

2. Use this scrub every night when showering, rub it into the problematic parts of the skin, massaging in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes.

3. Afterwards, rinse with warm water. After the procedure, apply some moisturizing cream or lotion to the body.
