LTO: Driver's License Renewal Offices and Issue Students Permits in Malls are now open on Saturdays

Did you miss your driver’s license renewal date because of busy schedule during weekdays? Or even students permit? – Not anymore! Because starting this June, LTO’s mall offices are operating even on Saturday!

Recently, the LTO ordered its entire Driver's License Renewal Offices (DLRO) in malls nationwide under the memorandum circular issued.

Read the memo signed by LTO chief Assistant Secretary Edgar Galvante:

"To fully maximize the accessibility and availability of our services to the public in malls, effective June 2019, all DLROs are hereby required to operate and process applications for renewal of driver's licenses and issue student permits on Saturdays”.

“All DLRO heads are directed to coordinate with the respective mall or commercial center managers as to the operating hours”.

Apparently, the LTO did not mention which exact DLROs are part of the new policy. However, do expect the DLROs situated in Robinsons Malls to be open for business every Saturday starting this month. Listed below are the LTO's DLRO's in Robinsons Malls:

Additionally in order to avoid for any rush and get faster transaction, here are the recommendations as per LTO's memo:

Applicants may make appointments online thru the LTO Online Appointment and Scheduling System by logging on to www.lto.net.ph.

LTO permits renewing driver's licenses two months or 60 days in advance.
