Ayurveda remedy: Garlic Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

4 crushed, garlic cloves
250 ml Milk
Honey, to taste

Instructions:

Take a saucepan, and then pour the milk and the garlic. Simply heat until the mixture starts to boil. Stir well, and then remove from heat. Leave the milk to cool down, add honey as sweetener, and enjoy drinking! You’ll need to drink garlic milk once per day to relieve sciatica and back pain, and improve overall health.
