Belly fats can be reduce through proper diet and exercise. It is not necessarily required a vigorous exercise or be gymnast.

Simple and easy exercises can make a difference, you just need to be determine every day and make sure to finish the required exercise.

Aside from reducing belly fats, below daily exercises are more on enhancing core which includes your abs, your glutes (butt), lower back muscles, and your hips.

What’s more? It will improve your posture, alleviate low back pain, help you avoid various injuries, and get better metabolism at the same time.

The good thing is you can do these exercises at your home! No equipment required. Interesting right? So let’s start to do it!

DAY 1: This first workout includes three simple exercises and will take less than five minutes to complete one circuit. If you’re feeling ambitious, try doing the entire routine a second time through.

Exercise #1: Skyscrapers — 10 per side
Exercise #2: Windshield Wipers — 10 per side
Exercise #3: Army Crawls — 36 steps

DAY 2: This second exercise are bit challenging which includes four exercises that promote balance, coordination and flexibility.

Exercise #1: Breakdance- 15 steps on each side
Exercise #2: Skydiver- 30 seconds on each side
Exercise #3: Dead Bug- 10 reps
Exercise #4: Thread the Needle- 10 steps on each side.

DAY 3: This exercise compose of four exercises. Its goal is to develop core strength, improve your agility and increase your fitness level. If done quickly this exercise can also help you lose weight, improve your cardiovascular endurance and boost your metabolism.

Exercise #1: Crab Kicks- 6 on each side
Exercise #2: Star Leg Raise- 10 on each side
Exercise #3: V-Ups- 10 for each side
Exercise #4: Over/Under- 10 for each side
