Maintain good vag!nal hygiene
As a part of hygienic routine, it is important to keep your vag!na clean in order to get rid of any vag!nal infection, irritation, or burning sensation. When washing start from vag!na to the anus and not the other way around. This is because the infections from the anal opening could reach your vag!na. Change your napkins and tampons every 6 hours.
